The project is the auxiliary works of Heilongjiang Star International Paper Industry Group Eamazar Pulp Factory(the first stage is 200000 tons), a paperboard machine with annual output 160000 tons is increased. Long-fiber unbleached wooden pulp produced by Eamazar Pulp Factory will be used to produce industrial paper and paperboard. In 2000, the domestic consumption volume of kraft for box and clip-kraft is 2.71 million tons, the domestic output is 1.6 million tons, the import volume is 1.117 million tons. It is forecast the requirement volume in 2005 will reach 3.68―4.23 million tons, in 2010, the pulp will reach 4.8―5.6 million tons, at that time, the domestic production ability will reach 3.8 million tons, this cannot meet the market requirement. The project has been reported for approval, the feasibility study report has been completed. |
