Abstract:The synthesis and the crystal structure of [Ni(H2O)6](ClO4)2·2H2O and the electrochemical property of mononuclear nickel(Ⅱ) complex [Ni(IDB)2][C6H4(OH)COO]·ClO4·CH3CH2OH·H2O[IDB=N,N-bis(benzimidazol-2-ylmethyl) amine] reported. The catalytic mechanism of the title complex in the hydrolysis of urea is discussed. The crystal structure of [Ni(H2O)6](ClO4)2·2H2O as been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system,space group P2(1)/C, chemical formula: Cl2H16O16Ni,Mr=401.74, with the crystal cell parameters: a=0.62383(12) nm,b=1.2464(3)nm, c=0.91845(18)nm, α=90°,β=106.93(3)°, γ=90°, V=0.6832(2) nm3, Z=2, F(000)=412,S=1.079,DC=1.953g/cm3, μ=1.890mm-1.The final R[I>2σ(I)]:R1=0.0423,wR2=0.1155;R(all data):R1=0.0506,wR2=0.1180. The nickel(Ⅱ) atom in [Ni(H2O)6](ClO4)2·2H2O has symmetrical octahedron coordination geometry and is six coordinated by six oxygen atoms from H2O. Cyclic voltammetry experiment shows that the title complex in DMF under goes a quasi reversible one electron redox reaction at E1/2=0.884V.

Abstract:Synthesis of dibutyrate nylon acids from nylon acids and butanol by the reaction of direct esterification and distillation under reduced pressure,using solid acid as catalyst. Factors such as the amount of catalyst, moisture of feed and mixture ratio, reaction temperature and time, the distilling pressure were studied in a production equipment of dibutylester of nylon acids. The optimal technological conditions are as follows:① for esterification, amount of catalyst is 1.0%~1.5% of the total mass of reactants, n(C4H9OH)∶n(HOOC(CH2)nCOOH)=2.2∶1.0, and the reaction is carried out at 145~155 ℃ for 9~10 h with agitation. ②the ester is distilled under reduced pressure≤5.0 kPa.

Abstract: We considered the effect of reaction condition to the yied. The best condition is that the ratio of alcohol to acid is 2.5∶1.0, and the amount of solid super acid is 2.0% of total mass of reactants, the power of microwave is 528 W, radiation time is 20 min, the yield may up to 89.5%. Structure of the product was identified by methods of IR.

Abstract:The experiment result of Al2(SO4)3 , anhydrousAlCl3 、FeCl3、CuCl2、ZnCl2,solid super acid SO2-4/ZrO2、SO2-4/TiO2、SO2-4/TiO2-La2O3、SO2-4/TiO2-MoO3、SO2-4/TiO2-WO3, solid supported heteropoly acids,H3PW12O40/PAn,TiSiW12O40/TiO2, HY type molecular sieve and FeCl3-AlCl3-UR, about ten kinds of catalysts catalytic synthesize 2-methyl-2-ethoxycarbonylmethyl-1,3-dioxolane-B was presented. It showed that Al2(SO4)3, solid super acid SO2-4/TiO2-La2O3、SO2-4/TiO2-WO3, actived carbon supported heteropoly acids and FeCl3-AlCl3-UR have high yield for 2-methyl-2-ethoxycarbonyl-methyl-1,3-dioxolane-B, and also have actual application value.
