Patent Name:Process for producing terpolymers of tetrafluoroethylene and ethylene |
Country:[CN] |
Patent ID:[85100468] |
Remarks: |
Abstract:
The process is carried out in the system of the solution-precipitation polymerization of the tetrafluoroethylene and ethylene in presence of a peroxy carbonate as a free radical initiator and 1,2,2-trichloro,1,2,2-trifluoroethylene as a media. In order to control the molecular weight of the copolymer, a compound having formula CnR2n+2 is selected as a gas-phase chain adjusting agent, wherein n=0,1 or 2; R=H, cl or F The third monomer of the copolymer is selected from the group consisting of the CF2XOCF2X' or RCR'CR", wherein X=X'Cl or F; R=CF3 or CH3, R'=CF3,CH3 or H; R"=H or F. The copolymers essentially consist of components of 60-40 mole% of tetrafluoroethylene, 40-60mole% of ethylene and 0.1-10mole% of the third monomer.

Patent Name:Process for chemcial separation of phosphate ore |
Country:[CN] |
Patent ID:[85100187] |
Remarks: |
Abstract:
The process comprises the mineral slurry reaction and the reactivation of the solution. The phosphate ore is subjected to mineral slurry reaction, in which the ore is soluted in a mixed ammonium salts solution, in which main products, such as fluorapatite and silica, don't react and present as solid. Then the solution is separated for example by filtration. Refined phosphate ore can thus be obtained. Ca2+, Mg2+, Fe3+, Al3+ and Mn2+ etc. can be removed seperately, and converted to the products after the filtrate is treated with ammoniation, sulfidation, carbonification and basifying, in some of which the by-products, i.e. NH3 and CO2, may be used. The resultant reactivated solution can be used again. Thus, a complete closed cycle is constituted.

Patent Name:Using a partial metal level mask for early test results |
Country:[US] |
Patent ID:[7,111,257] |
Remarks: |
Abstract
A method of using special designed wiring level mask(s) to determine product transistor and circuit performance in a chip during the early portion of the product evaluation cycle saves weeks of time that would have been taken by the passage of the wafer through the fab. The method also saves cost during production by identifying wafers for rework at an early stage.

Patent Name:Correction method for sensor output |
Country:[JP] |
Patent ID:[7,110,901] |
Remarks: |
Abstract:
Above a measuring object (2), an LEDs (4) for use in light irradiation and a CMOS area sensor (8) with an image-forming lens (6) interpolated in between are installed. In order to detect the quantity of light from the LEDs (4), a photodetector (10) is further placed. A personal computer (28) carries out a linearizing process which, upon variation of the quantity of light, corrects the output of the area sensor (8) so as to make the output from the area sensor (8) proportional to the output of the photodetector (10), and a light-irregularity correction process which, when a flat plate having even in-plane density is measured as the measuring object (2), corrects the resulting output of each pixel in the area sensor (8) that has been corrected by the linearizing process to have in-plane evenness. It becomes possible to achieve a convenient two-dimensional reflection factor measuring method which does not need any mechanical driving system.

Patent Name:Water monitoring systems |
Country:[US] |
Patent ID:[7,110,920] |
Remarks: |
Abstract:
Improved water monitoring systems comprise a test unit having an analytical device and a control system in communication with the test unit such that water supply data generated at the test unit can be communicated to the control system. In some embodiments, the analytical device can be a fluorometer that can monitor the fluorescence induction pattern of algae located in the water, which can indicate, when the induction pattern is compared against known baseline induction patterns, the potential presence of toxic chemicals located in the water supply. In other embodiments, the analytical device can comprise, for example, a pH meter, an infrared spectroscopy (IR) device or the like. In some embodiments, the test unit can provide continuous intake, analysis, and can communicate water supply data to the control system via a wireless communication device, fiber optic cable or the like.
