High efficient eccentricity transmitting quality and reaction technology is also called circumrotating and filling bed, Higee, RPM and super weight separation and reaction technology. It uses separated liquid to form super thin liquid velum ( 10-1~10-2mm amount grade), appearing strong and on-flow moving and touching with air backwash, so that it can reduce resistance of transmitting matter and reach the object of increasing index of transmitting and improve separation efficiency. The technology can intensify the course of transmitting matter, with volume improving 10-1000 times more than that of traditional technology. The volume of the technology is about one-tenth of traditional equipment. In view of these advantages, the technology is called as "transistor in chemical industry".

Principle of technology:
The principle of supercritical CO2 fluids extraction process is the relationship between the dissolving power and the density of supercritical fluids. That is to say, the pressure and the temperature affect the dissolving power of the supercritical fluids. In the state of supercritical, we make the supercritical fluids and un-parted material contact each other, so that it can extract the component part according to the boiling point, the weight of each element and the pole. Of course, the extraction of each part is not single, but we can get the best proportion mixture by controlling the condition, then we can change the supercritical fluids into normal fluids by the way of reducing the pressure and promoting the temperature. In that case, the extractions are almost separated out, so that it can be separated and purified. Therefore, the process of supercritical CO2 extraction is the process of extraction and separation.

It can use quick driving pattern extractive structure, improve production efficient and product quality, and solve the key problems of amplifying of the technological equipment in industry.
For solid matter, we can design small diameter structure to reduce the loss of extraction of pressure, optimizing operation techniques and resolving the problems which are not solved in the long-terms. For liquid matter, we can design larger tower pattern structure to distill, which is able to distill more specific separation.
We can use separating device, with high efficient tower pattern, improving the efficiency of separation.
It can adopt special and creditable sealing structure to reduce operation loss of CO2 and the cost of product.
It can optimize the process of techniques, adapting to steady running under high temperature.
We developed appropriate temperature controlling method which is adaptable to requirement of different separating properties of materiel.

R & D Background:
Methylethyl ketone (MEK) is an excellent organic solvent, which is widely used in synthetic resin (cellulose nitrate, vinyl resin, propenyl resin etc), rubber adhesive, magnetic type, printing ink, lube dewaxing, and etc. Secondary butyl alcohol is the only material for MEK production. Moreover, in China, the production of secondary butyl alcohol cannot meet the demand of market. The annual import these years is over 100,000 tons.
FRIPP started the process study for producing MEK through n-butene direct hydration and subsequent dehydrogenation. On the basis of the process study, DNM-type catalyst for butane hydration and FDH-type catalyst for secondary vinyl alcohol dehydrogenation have also been developed.
Features
*The hydration process uses low LHSV and high water/n-butene ratio, which results in low n-butene recycling and low energy cost.
*High yield for secondary vinyl alcohol and low organics content in discharging water, which decrease pollution to the environment.
*Dehydrogenation catalyst has long run length.
Summary:
Isopropanol (and its derivative acetone) and MEK are high value chemical materials that demand large quantities of import. As a high-octane gasoline blending component, secondary vinyl alcohol has great market potential. Therefore, hydration, being an efficient way for C3 and C4 utilization, will attract more and more attention in petrochemical industry. Besides the above-mentioned technologies, FRIPP has also developed the technology for synthesizing diphenylamine and subsequent products from aniline, technology for producing 1, 4-butanediol through etherification and hydrogenation of maleic anhydride. All these technologies, we are sure , will bring considerable economic benefits to enterprises.

Diisopropyl ether (DIPE) is an excellent solvent for animal, vegetable and mineral oils. It’s a better solvent for extraction than acetone and ether and widely used in dewaxing of paraffin-based oil products. Besides, diisopropyl ether are used as solvent in medicine, powder and paint cleaning.
DIPE’s is an promising gasoline blending component for the fact that its octane index ((MON+RON)/2 ) is 105.
FRIPP started its development of producing DIPE through propene hydration in 1993.Under certain operating conditions, the conversion of propene is 48.9% and the selectivity to DIPE is 85.5%。

Molecular distillation is a special liquid-liquid separation technology, which is different from the separation principle of traditional distillation depending on boiling point difference. It is depending on the difference of molecular mean free path to separate different matters. Here, molecular mean free path (λ) refers to the path between a molecule strikes two times.
When the mixture of liquid flows along the heating board and is heated, light and heavy molecule will leave the surface of liquid and enter the vapor phase. Because of different mean free of light and heavy molecule, different matters have different moving distance. Supposed putting a condensation board at the proper position, light molecule can reach the board and will be condensed, then be discharged along the condensation board; while the heavy molecule will not reach the board and be discharged along the heating board. Therefore, the objective of separation has been reached.

Emulsified asphalt is an energy-saving environment-friendly material for road construction. FRIPP has developed two kinds of asphalt emulsifiers, anion type and cation type. Emulsified asphalt produced with cation type emulsifier can mix well with aggregates and fits for road pavement, maintenance, and slurry seal coat. The technology was commercialized in Guangzhou Petrochemical Company in 1993 and the produced asphalt was used in road construction in Heyuan Guangdong, Dandong Liaoning, and etc.
FRIPP developed two kinds of anion type emulsifier, L-1 and L-2. The former, used for producing slow-cracking emulsified asphalt in slurry seal coat and for agitation construction, has been applied in Liaoning, Hebei and other places with good results. The latter is for producing fast-cracking emulsified asphalt and rubber modified asphalt, whose application in Fushun Asphalt Felt Factory showed that using L-10 to produce waterproof material has strengths such as energy saving, no pollution, easy operation and long durability. The asphalt latex, produced with L-10, was granted Chinese patent in 1994.

FRIPP developed the technology for producing 60℃ high viscosity paving asphalt, which is suitable for hot areas where pavement may be destroyed by plastic flow caused by high temperature. The technology has been applied in Maoming Refinery in Guangdong and other refineries with satisfactory results.
FRIPP also developed the technology for producing paving asphalt for cold areas where, in winter, pavement may be destroyed by very cold temperature. The technology has been applied in Panjin Asphalt Plant and the paving asphalt product has good performance.
FRIPP has finished the development of the technology for producing dam asphalt from many domestic and imported crude oils. The technology for producing dam asphalt from SZ36-1 crude oil was applied in Taizhou Petrochemical General Works. In 2002, Taizhou’s asphalt product won the bid for the Three Gorge Reservior construction.
With the increasing demand for more and better specialty asphalts, FRIPP has carried out research in such asphalt materials as agricultural emulsified asphalt, anti-fouling paving asphalt, asphalt for railway base, and etc. All the studies have obtained preliminary improvement.
