Decree No.23,2006 of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, Promulgating the Measures for Administration of the Market of Crude Oil
Measures for Administration of the Market of Crude Oil have been examined and approved by the 9th ministerial working conference of Ministry of Commerce on November 16,2006. It is now promulgated and shall be put into effect as from January 1,2007.
