The 5th ministerial meeting of Ministry of Commerce has endorsed Provisional Measures on Ratification Export Enterprise of Easy-made Poisonous Chemicals of Ephedrine Category on May 17, 2006. Also with approval of Ministry of Public Security, General Administration of Customs and State Food and Drug Administration, it is now announced and will take effect in 30 days as from release.
