For purpose of accelerating the invigoration of equipment manufacturing industry, several opinions are now put forward as follows:
1. Clarifying the goals and principles and accelerating pace of invigoration. 2. Determining the major missions and realizing key breakthroughs. 3. Formulating measures of invigoration and clarifying working directions. 4. Improving laws and regulations and intensifying policy support. 5. Enhancing concerted leadership and maximizing the functions of associations.
