Decree No. 47 of Development and Reform Commission and Ministry of Commerce, on Catalogue of Industries with Advantages for Foreign Investment in Liaoning Province
With the approval of the State Council, the Catalogue of Industries with Advantages for Foreign Investment in Liaoning Province is now promulgated as part of the Catalogue of Industries with Advantages for Foreign Investment in Central and Western China, and shall be put into effect as from the day of issuance.
Therefore, Liaoning Province is added to the Catalogue of Industries with Advantages for Foreign Investment in Central and Western China, and the foreign investment projects listed in this Catalogue shall enjoy the preferential investment policies. The projects under construction, which are in line with the Catalogue, could follow the policies in the Catalogue.
