In accordance with Anti-dumping Regulations of the People’s Republic of China, the Customs Tariffs Committee of the State Council decided to impose anti-dumping duties on imported Cold Rolled Stainless Steel Sheet as from April 8, 2006, for which the General Administration of Customs issued Announc ement No. 18, 2006 for the implementation issues. In accordance with the application of HYUNDAI STEEL COMPANY and the decision on examination of the Ministry of Commerce, for which Announcement No.62, 2006 of the Ministry of commerce was issued (see Appendix), related customs implementation issues a re notified as follows:
As from August 16, 2006, imported Cold Rolled Stainless Steel Sheet produced by HYUNDAI STEEL COMPANY (ROK) shall still follow the Price Commitment Protocol; while the imported Cold Rolled Stainless Steel Sheet produced by INI STEEL (ROK) shall follow the anti-dumping duty rate of 57% as Other ROK c ompanies.
Other issues on anti-dumping duty imposition of imported Cold Rolled Stainless Steel Sheet shall still follow the Announcement No. 18, 2006 issued by General Administration of Customs.
