Regulations for Import and Export Administration of Precursors and Chemicals Used in Production of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances have been examined and approved by the 5th ministerial working conference of Ministry of Commerce on May 17, 2006.
It is now promulgated and shall be put into effect 30 days as from the day of issuance.
