Mechanical and Electronic Offices in all regions and departments:
Provisional Regulations on Promoting the Industry Restructuring (hereinafter referred to as Provisional Regulations) has been promulgated for implementation. In order to implement the spirit of the related document, requirements are notified as follows:
1. All the Mechanical and Electronic Offices shall study Provisional Regulations and Guiding Catalogue for the Adjustment of Industrial Structure so as to reinforce the coordination of import management of mechanical and electronic products and related industry policies, so that industry restructuri
ng could be promoted.
2. All the Mechanical and Electronic Offices shall provide sound import environment for import enterprises while importing the encouraged mechanical and electronic products. The issuance of Automatic Import License shall be in time.
3. All the Mechanical and Electronic Offices shall not issue Automatic Import License to the limited new established items. All the Mechanical and Electronic Offices shall support the enterprises that import mechanical and electronic products for restructuring the production capacity.
4. All the Mechanical and Electronic Offices shall not issue Automatic Import License to the imported mechanical and electronic products under the elimination items.
5. The Circular shall take effect as from the date of promulgation.
