Chaired by Prof. Ben Feringa/Dr. Syuzanna Harutyunyan International Conference, Armenian Chemical Frontiers (ArmChemFront 2013), organized jointly between University of Groningen, The Netherlands and Yerevan State University, Armenia will take place in Yerevan, Armenia from August 25 to 29, 2013. This will be the first international chemistry symposium to be held in Armenia to cover chemistry as a broad field. The conference will be an excellent platform to exchange new ideas and to discuss recent developments in diverse aspects of chemistry, composed of one session and comprised of following themes:
Catalysis/Total Synthesis/Methodology/Bioorganic Chemistry/Chemical Biology/Supramolecular chemistry/Materials chemistry
Renowned plenary and keynote speakers will present overviews of recent developments. In addition to 20 plenary and keynote lectures, the scientific program will be complemented by 25 contributed lectures as well as poster presentations. We especially encourage young chemists to use this unique opportunity to present their latest exciting results as oral and poster communications, to network and establish new contacts.
The ancient history and cultural heritage of Armenia extends over 2700 years, and was the first state to adopt Christianity as its official religion at the beginning of the 4th century making Yerevan an attractive destination to host an exceptional scientific program, and for excellent opportunities for cultural and social experience.. |
