To relevant enterprises:
With the sustained and rapid development of China’s petroleum and chemical industry, the variety and quantity of hazardous chemicals are increasing, which brings new vitality to the development of the supply chain logistics of hazardous chemicals. According to the statistic data of the relevant departments, the annual volume of road transport of dangerous goods in China is about 300 million tons, and the storage capacity of hazardous chemicals reaches up to 160 million tons. There are 71.4 million m2 hazardous chemicals warehouses and 92 million m3 storage tanks. A large number of modern devices and technologies have been widely used in the industry, including various vehicle configuration technologies, satellite positioning systems for transport vehicles, air-conditioned stereoscopic warehouses, electronically controlled operating systems for forklifts, container pallets, dimensional shelves and information platforms based on Internet of Things, which play an important role in the development of China’s hazardous chemicals supply chain logistics. However, the development of hazardous chemicals supply chain logistics is very uneven in China, and a large gap exits between enterprises, between regions and between China and other countries in terms of management, technology and facility. To further enhance China’s comprehensive level and pace of modern development of hazardous chemicals supply chain and logistics equipment, China Association of Warehouses and Storage and Shanghai Symphony World Exhibition Services Ltd. plan to jointly hold “2013 Shanghai International Hazardous Chemicals Supply Chain and Logistics Equipment Exhibition” at the Shanghai Expo Mart from May 27 - 29, 2013., in the meantime, several technical exchange seminars and logistics management themed summit forums will be held, which will build a platform for exchanges and cooperation for the industry. More than 300 companies from more than 20 countries and regions will be invited to participate in the exhibition, which will show their most advanced equipment, meanwhile, relevant national departments, associations, universities, scientific research institutes, domestic and foreign experts, scholars and well-known enterprises will also be invited to participate in the summit forums. IV. Exhibition fee
Fee for standard booth (min. 9m2 (3m × 3m)):
Domestic company: RMB 13800/standard booth (9m2), RMB 16000/booth with two sides open (9m2);
Joint venture: RMB 18000/standard booth (9m2), RMB 21000/booth with two sides open (9m2)
Foreign company: USD 4200/standard booth (9m2), USD 5000/booth with two sides open (9m2)
Configuration of 9m2 standard booth (For the booth more than or less than 9m2 in area, additional facilities will not be provided): Wallboards, carpet, one information counter, two chairs, fascia board, one 220V single-phase socket and value-added promotion service.
Fee for raw space (min. 36m2): Indoor raw space: RMB 1380/m2; outdoor raw space: RMB 1100/m2.
V. Each exhibitor may provide its company introduction (limited to 200 Chinese characters), which will be published in the exhibition publication for free.

VII. Participation procedures:
1. Fill in the exhibitor registration form, then sign and seal it, and send it to the exhibition organizer by fax for booth reservation.
2. After booth booking, the booth fee shall be fully paid. Prior to full payment of the booth fee, booth arrangement will not be ensured.
