It is our great pleasure to announce that IUPAC 9th International Conference on Novel Materials and their Synthesis (NMS-VIII) & 23rd International Symposium on Fine Chemistry and Functional Polymers (FCFP-XXIII) is to be held in Shanghai from 17 to 22 October, 2013.
Politics needs dialogue, trading needs exchange, culture understanding needs communication, science and technology, of course, needs a stage to share successes of research and development. As a result, international conferences are very important for scientists, engineers and policy-makers.
